This is a two-room maisonette measuring 56.41 square metres, with a veranda measuring 6.8 square metres. The apartment is on two floors in the house called “Anemone”. There is a bedroom/living room containing two sofa beds on the upper floor, as well as a separate kitchen with a fitted dining area. The veranda is on the south side with a view of the Alps and the lake. A curved staircase takes you to the lower floor where there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a toilet, washbasin and bath. During your stay you will always have access to your own parking space in the car park.

PRICES

The asking price for this maisonette is CHF 130,000 (€108,333.88). At the time of signing the notarial deed of transfer, the buyer is required to pay the civil notary’s fee of CHF 2,500 (€2,084), property transfer tax of CHF 2,880 (€2,400), land registry fee of CHF 600 (€500) and administration costs of CHF 550 (€459). This means that a total of CHF 6,530 (€5,442) in additional fees will have to be paid on top of the purchase price at the office of the civil law notary.

You will furthermore have to pay CHF 135 (€113) to the Dorint for the apartment to be cleaned at the end of your stay and CHF 3.50 (€2.92) per person per night in tourist tax to the municipality of Beatenberg. This tax is payable to hotel management who will then remit it to the municipality.
