This is a studio measuring 29.38 square metres with a veranda measuring 7.62 square metres. The self-contained apartment is on one floor of the house called “Enzian” and is divided into a bedroom/living room with a double bed, a new open kitchen and a bathroom with toilet, bath and washbasin. There is a paved terrace on the south side measuring 11 square metres. During your stay you will always have access to your own parking space in the car park.

PRICES

The asking price for this studio is CHF 70,000 (€58,333.33). At the time of signing the notarial deed of transfer, the buyer is required to pay the civil notary’s fee of CHF 2,100 (€1,750), property transfer tax of CHF 1,350 (€1,125), land registry fee of CHF 600 (€500) and administration costs of CHF 550 (€459). This means that a total of CHF 4,600 (€3,834) in additional fees will have to be paid on top of the purchase price at the office of the civil law notary.

You will furthermore have to pay CHF 135 (€113) to the Dorint for the apartment to be cleaned at the end of your stay and CHF 3.50 (€2.92) per person per night in tourist tax to the municipality of Beatenberg. This tax is payable to hotel management who will then remit it to the municipality.
